This course will focus on some psycho-education on anxiety.
Various tools and strategies to manage your anxiety will be explained and demonstrated so that you will be able to use these on your own anxiety and pass them on to others who may find them useful.
The most important thing to realize about anxiety management is that, even though there are many techniques to help you manage your anxiety, your mental coping skill is still your strongest tool. Everyone – no matter how much anxiety they experience – has that coping skill inside them. It’s like a muscle, and you can train it to help you overcome anxiety and reduce its effects.
This will focus on psycho-education on the causes of low mood in addition to strategies that can improve mood and maintain healthy mental wellbeing.

Poor sleep can impact on both our physical and mental wellbeing and sometimes through small changes we can achieve a huge positive impact in our life as a whole.
