Outreach sessions

Practical and Emotional Support enabling adults to be supported around a range of difficulties by linking them in with other services, and providing some low level emotional support or practical support. Outreach support can be a space for adults move into after accessing counselling to address any other difficulties they may have promoting sustained positive wellbeing.
