Positive Coping with Pain

A Six Week Course covering the following:
1. What is pain and understanding how it impacts on day to day living
2. Anxiety, depression and the impact on pain
3. Diet, exercise and pain
4. Sleep and relaxation
5. Medication and resources to support coping with pain
6. Moving forward, pacing and planning, living with pain and long term health issues. We will be looking at setting up a long term support group following the completion of this 6 week course.
