The Family Hub Project is a project within The Link Charitable Trust focusing on engaging with families in our local community, and providing relaxed and informal support that is flexible to suit each families/individuals needs. This can include support around looking after our well-being, parenting strategies, basic budgeting and even having someone to talk to once a week to reduce social isolation. We take pride in our flexible approach and have strived to continue to remain accessible both online and offline throughout the pandemic. With this in mind, we have created various resources that we are providing for free to our families within the service, and other families seeking support and help.
One of which is our Family Hub Project Activity Packs; these include a booklet providing advice around various topics such as managing anxiety, sleep, and steps to create cheap, easy meals. We created these packs to suit a wide variety of families, and we look forward to hearing of how these have supported parents to make a difference. We’ve also got various resources and booklets that are accessible for free via our Facebook page, please like and follow us to keep up to date with resources and services.
