Jennifer Bates (Durkin) – A wellness coach who is renowned in the area for her holistic therapy’s and coaching excellence will be taking you through a guided meditation, talking into how you can find your own path and discover the real you.
There will be a talk on Journaling and a chance to buy the very journal Pip Waite uses and created herself to be the happy-go-lucky person she is today, this also goes into goal setting and achieving all you want to achieve in life – you are capable of all you want in life and so much more!
A member/volunteer of The Link Charitable Trust will be going through some Mindfulness crafts as this is an extremely useful method of being still and enjoying the present.
At the end we hope to finish off with a Plate Smashing Ceremony – Smashing your old beliefs to make room for your new positive ones!
Healthy refreshments will be available throughout.
