1:1 Outreach sessions are tailored to suit each individual young person’s needs. The aim is to support them in identifying suitable opportunities in the community based on their needs, interests and aspirations. Support has a focus on building on strengths and resilience skills, and empowering young people to have positive futures with improved wellbeing.

1:1 support will predominantly be provided within the community, although when deemed necessary limited support may be provided within the school setting.
