Hours: Zero-hours
Salary: £11.97 per hour


The Link Charitable Trust (LCT) is a Redcar based charity working with children, young
people, families and vulnerable adults. We support individuals to make positive changes to their lives through a range of emotional, social and wellbeing activities and services within the community. We offer open access to support, advice and guidance, for as long as it is felt to be needed.

The role will require flexibility to work late afternoon and/or evenings 3 or 4 times a week to help deliver the facilitation of group sessions.

The role of a sessional worker is to work with the group leads and support with the delivery of The Link Charitable Trust’s social groups for children and young people. This will also involve assisting with the planning and preparation of such groups.

You will support the delivery of group sessions using a range of resources and methods to meet identified needs. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working with children and young people ages 0-25 with a range of complex needs in a variety of settings. The successful candidate must be empathetic, non judgemental and have the ability to work autonomously.
