Title: Adult Mental Health Services Manager

Location: Redcar and Cleveland

Employment Terms: 22.5 hours per week. Fixed term until June 2027

Service Area: Adult Mental Health

Reporting to: Charity Manager

Salary: £32,136 FTE (£21,425 pro rata)


The Link Charitable Trust (LCT) is a Redcar based charity working with children, young people, families and vulnerable adults. We support individuals to make positive changes to their lives through a range of emotional, social and wellbeing activities and services within the community.

 

Role Purpose
To lead and develop The Link’s Adult Mental Health Service, ensuring it delivers high-quality, person-centred support that promotes positive mental health and wellbeing. The postholder will oversee service delivery, line manage the adult mental health team, ensure safeguarding and clinical standards are met, and help grow the service through effective partnerships, promotion, and evaluation.
